If you’re a buyer, we want to hear all about your needs and wants - location requirements/preferences, property type, timelines, budget and anything else you want us to know. A pre-approval from your lender at this point is also a good idea - it will streamline and facilitate the process.
Sellers, we will work with you to determine your ideal list price, timelines, and to provide you with tips and recommendations so you get the full value for your property. And if you need help finding your next property, we can do that, too!
The search begins, and as buyers, you will be kept up to date on all listings that meet your criteria. We then set up meetings to visit the listings that appeal to you, and we keep looking until you’ve found ‘the one’.
For sellers, we prepare and implement a marketing strategy and materials, and then review them with you. Once your property is listed, we manage all calls and inquiries and set up showings and open houses to ensure the highest visibility.
When you’ve found the right property and are ready to move forward, or the right buyer and are ready to move on, we work closely with you to make sure all your conditions are met and that you clearly understand the contract. Then we get busy negotiating on your behalf.
Once your offer to purchase or agreement to sell is final, we walk you through the closing process and timing of milestones so you have a clear understanding of what to expect.
